Our "fast and friendly" search feature is designed to answer all kinds of questions worded in all kinds of ways. Follow these helpful tips to get quick, accurate replies every time you search:
- Be specific and descriptive. For example, instead of typing "insurance," try "What does Loss Damage Waiver Insurance mean?"
- Make your questions complete and concise by including at least one or two specific
concepts. Instead of typing "rentals," try "How is my rental rate calculated?" or "Can
I rent a child safety seat?"
- To ask more than one question about a specific topic, simply include key words in your first question. Our search feature will automatically remember those key words so you don't have to include them in your next question. For example, if your first question is, "Do you rent ski racks?," your second question could be as simple as "What do they cost?"
- For the most accurate answers, double-check your spelling. Correct capitalization usually isn't necessary, but it can sometimes help.
- Using correct word order will help locate the best answers. Instead of typing "convertible Mustang," try the more accurate "Mustang convertible."
- Keep your search simple. Type in one thought or question at a time. Simple questions work better than complex or multi-part questions.
- When in doubt, contact us. Happy searching!
